The Gig
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help us run all things online at Legacy — from social media and content creation to recaps, campaigns, and events.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to curate and create content for our social channels, engage with our community, and help bring our Leadership & Mentorship programs, campaigns, and student stories to life online. Think: part content creator, part community manager, part chaos coordinator (in the best way).
What You’ll Do
Help manage Legacy’s social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Threads)
Draft, schedule, and post content across platforms
Engage with our online community (DMs, comments, tags, etc.)
Help brainstorm and create content for:
Student programs & impact stories
Brand partner campaigns
Event teasers & recaps
School tour + student-facing assets
Support in curating photos, videos, and graphics from our programs and events
Assist with organizing and amplifying content across partner platforms when possible
Help pull basic analytics + performance highlights for key posts and campaigns
What We’re Looking For
Someone who lives on social media and understands what makes content engaging
Strong writer with a clear, fun, youth-centered voice
Detail-oriented and organized (you notice the small things)
Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without melting down
Creative thinker with ideas for Reels, TikToks, carousels, and campaigns
Comfortable interacting with students, staff, and partners online
Bonus: Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), basic video editing, or content planning tools
