MENTORSHIP
PROGRAM
Legacy is giving our students the opportunity to receive 1-on-1 mentorship from real-world, working professionals who want to help young people make an impact! This Mentorship Program is a four-month, virtual experience with cohorts launching at the start of each month. The Program is designed as an experience for students who have completed our Leadership program to apply their skills by completing a Service Project.

Service Project:
Identify a problem they care about in the world
Figure out a solution to that problem or issue
Plan and execute a service project to make a positive impact on their cause
Personal Growth:
Develop valuable hard and soft skills
Gain insight into their mentor’s industry and career path
Build professional networking skills
Add to their resume, LinkedIn, and college applications

DETAILS.
Cohorts launch at the beginning of every month. Sign up before the 20th to get matched in the next month’s cohort and start your journey!
Mentor & Mentee matches are made based on skills, interests, and goals.
Our mentors have a variety of backgrounds, including: Finance, Entertainment, Education, Healthcare, STEM, Marketing, Business Development, and more!
A Legacy staff member will conduct regular check-ins with you and your mentor throughout the program.
You choose your service project! For example, you could start a club on campus, host a fundraiser, develop an app, launch an awareness campaign, deliver a keynote speech, run in an election, and so much more!

If you meet these criteria, you can sign-up to join our Mentorship Program:

You’re currently between the ages of 14 and 24

You have completed at least one track of our Student Leadership Program (either at an in-person event or on our digital platform)

You’re can commit to at least one virtual Mentorship Call per month for the next seven months
